CONSIDERATION 1 –TOPOGRAPHY & DRAINAGE STRUCTURE

Image may contain: car, outdoor and nature
Quickly now, like I explained in the last post on considerations to avoid a bad real estate investment, the topography and drainage structure in place might not look too important now, but for someone who has seen the results that come with completely ignoring it, they must be having very mixed feelings about their properties by now. This consideration particular comes to play when you are buying or getting a lease on a property close to a very rural settlement or water body, be it a beach, lake, canal or river, and you stand a huge chance of being affected by floods, be it refuse or water which are caused by;
·         Blocked drainage
·         Improper waste disposal system
·         Unpredictable sea currents
·         Underground soil movements etc
Rural and informal settlements tend to always hit the nail on the head when it comes to being informal about everything, so YES it’s very possible to still have flooding issues even when you are far away from water, and guess what? The experience is worse than it sounds, anyway for quick inquiries, feel free to send a direct message or put a call through using the cell digits provided, and you will get direct access to one of our professional consultants.
Thanks for reading
Do have an awesome day.
